HealthLab Accessibility Statement

Current Status

HealthLab includes semantic landmarks, a skip link, labeled forms, visible keyboard focus, and decorative icon handling. We continue to review interactive states, form errors, color contrast, zoom reflow, and dynamic status announcements as the product changes.

Known Limitations

The HealthLab member release is not authorized. Some advanced workflows still need additional manual screen reader testing across NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. Third-party certification and a VPAT are not yet complete.

Report A Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@graysect.com. Include the page or workflow, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

Within 3 business days of receiving enough detail, Graysect will start review, offer a practical workaround where available, or begin remediation. Complex, third-party, security-sensitive, or release-dependent fixes may take longer, but Graysect will work in good faith to improve access.

Notice And Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthLab users agree to give Graysect notice of an accessibility concern and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before demanding money, filing a complaint, initiating arbitration, filing suit, or seeking attorney fees. This statement works together with the Terms of Service, including the notice, limitation of liability, arbitration, class-waiver, venue, and claim-deadline provisions.
